Conference Poster Options

Directly output from your electronic file, with little to no manipulation provided.
Supported software is Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator. We strongly suggest using the free templates at right to ensure consistency, and reviewing the Required Steps For Accurate Output outlined below.
Normal turnaround is 24 hours. 100% Rush for less than 24 hours and 200% Rush for less than 4 hours.
Choice of premium paper stocks: 46# Coated Bond ($6/sq. ft.) / 7mm Glossy ($8/sq. ft.) / Tyvek Banner ($9/sq. ft.).
PDF digital proofs sent via e-mail.
Typical cost is between $143 and $179, depending on poster size and paper stock.
Additional charges may apply (i.e. excessive file modifications, complications arising from use of non-supported software), charged at $95 per hour.

3. Send us a .ppt version and a .pdf version of the file.

4. Outline fonts to convert text to graphics, making text uneditable.

In the Links Window, select each linked file and click the arrow in the upper right-hand corner
