ATTENTION: Effective July 1, 2007, we will NO LONGER print Conference Posters for Non-Department of Surgery clients UNLESS all of the following criteria are met:

• Minimum of 5 posters
• Billed to a single shortcode
• One central client contact

Print-Only Poster information:

• We create your poster from the file you send us
• Adobe Acrobat PDF and Illustrator are the preferred file types
• We have extensive experience generating posters from PowerPoint and InDesign files
• We highly recommend reviewing a proof (an 11" X 17" color print) for non-Illustrator files to review poster color, layout and content
• Your poster is printed on premium stock - either high gloss or coated bond
• Price calculator

Turnaround time: Output from files received by 2:00 PM on any day will be ready for pick up by 4:00 PM on the following business day.

• 100% - Less than the standard turnaround time but more than 4 business hours (2 times the cost of the poster)
• 200% - Less than 4 hours (3 times the cost of the poster)

M3 Standard Template Poster information:

• We will create a layout of your text and figures from a Standard M3 Poster template
• Simply give us your text and image files along with a copy of the guidelines for your presentation and allow us to assemble your poster
• You can either upload your files or give them to us in person
• Our designer will work with you to generate a layout that meets your needs
• A poster proof will be sent to you as an Acrobat PDF, with printed proofs available upon request
• Your poster is printed on premium stock - either high gloss or coated bond
• Price calculator

Turnaround time: Posters will be completed within 5 Business days

• 100% - Posters needed in 4 business days or less
• 200% - Posters needed in 3 business days or less
